Drew Mellick, Project Manager
We are pleased to introduce Drew Mellick, he recently joined F&T as Project Manager! We are excited to welcome Drew and look forward to the valuable experience, energy, and perspective he brings to our project teams.
Drew holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering from Roger Williams University. In his role as Project Manager, he supports the planning, coordination, and execution of projects from design through construction, working closely with engineers, owners, and project stakeholders to keep schedules, budgets, and projects on track.
After spending 7 years in Colorado, Drew recently returned to New England and is enjoying being back closer to home. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, hiking, working out, cheering on Boston sports teams.
Fun fact: Drew loves exploring the local restaurant scene—usually with friends in tow!

Drew Decoste, Mechanical Project Leader
Please join us in welcoming Drew Decoste to the team as our new HVAC Project Leader! Drew brings five years of experience as a mechanical engineer and holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Wentworth Institute of Technology.
In his new role, he supports the design, coordination, and execution of HVAC systems across a range of project, working closely with internal teams and clients to deliver efficient and sustainable solutions.
Originally from Orange County, California, Drew recently made the move to Massachusetts and is enjoying getting settled on the East Coast. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf and is always happy to hit the course.
Fun fact: He made his first hole-in-one just two days after accepting his offer at F&T — talk about a winning start!

Ryan Abbotoni, Mechanical Designer
We are excited to welcome Ryan back to F&T as a full time HVAC Designer! After completing two successful co-op rotations with the firm, Ryan returns with a strong understanding of our processes, culture, and approach.
Ryan graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology in May with a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering. In his role as Mechanical Designer, he supports the design and coordination of HVAC and mechanical systems throughout the project lifecycle, with a focus on delivering optimal comfort, energy efficiency, and system performance in alignment with project goals and standards.
We’re excited to see Ryan continue to grow in this next chapter of his career at F&T!

Rodolfo Pilade, Mechanical Designer
Join us in welcoming back Rodolfo, who joined F&T as a mechanical Designer! recently rejoined the team as mechanical designer. After graduating in May from Wentworth Institute of Technology with a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Rodolfo returned to F&T full-time, bringing with him the skills and hands-on experience developed during his co-op rotations.
In his role, Rodolfo supports the design and coordination of HVAC systems throughout the project lifecycle. His responsibilities include contributing to design markups, performing heat load calculations, drafting existing and demolition conditions, and designing new systems for a variety of healthcare and institutional projects. He focuses on delivering mechanical systems that provide optimal comfort, energy efficiency, and performance while aligning with overall project goals and standards.
We’re proud to support Rodolfo’s continued growth and are excited to have him on the team full-time!
