F&T provided full MEP/FP services for this brand new, state-of-the-art, high-tech manufacturing facility located at the Milford, NH campus. The new 90,000 SF building includes high-bay manufacturing spaces that will cast parts for aerospace, defense and automotive industries. The design included an initial core/shell infrastructure project with a large process chilled water system. The secondary phases included laboratory and specialty equipment fit outs. The project was awarded the 2021 Bronze Engineering Excellence Award by ACEC/MA.
