Working with Maugel Architects, F&T designed Spring Bank Pharmaceuticals’ new 30,000 SF research and development facility in Hopkinton, MA. The space included flexible laboratory spaces for chemistry, biology, analytics and instrumentation; in addition to office, conference rooms and cafeteria spaces.
