Communication is of utmost important during these times; the following are our key strategies for continued support of our industry:
We are continuously monitoring the health of our employees.
We are working remotely, limiting in-person contact to only what is absolutely necessary. It has always been our strategic priority to employ leading technological capabilities; and our team is as capable as ever to support the needs of our clients remotely.
We are conducting essential project visits necessary to support our clients and construction team partners, if the situation is safe for all parties.
We continuously monitor and adjust to meet and overcome the challenges we are all facing. Our strong team culture is resilient and built to overcome adversity. We are confident that together, we will get through this difficult time.
Although we may not be physically in the office, our robust remote capabilities allow us to fully operate and stay committed to our clients and successful project outcomes. We have implemented extensive video conferencing capabilities, numerous work from home policies, and guidance for health & safety of job site visits to ensure continued operations.
