Celebrating our 2026 Summer Co-Ops!

F&T is thrilled to welcome our 2026 Summer Co-Ops! Our program is designed to introduce students to the MEP/FP consulting industry, providing them with valuable insights and hands-on experience. Throughout their time with us, our co-ops are immersed in real-world projects, allowing them to gain practical knowledge and skills that will be invaluable in their post-graduate careers.


Our co-ops tackle various challenges, working closely with our experienced team members. They can learn about different aspects of our industry, from project management to technical design, and everything in between.

Charlotte Harper-Cunningham - Mechanical Co-Op at F&T

Charlotte Harper-Cunningham - Mechanical

Charlotte Harper-Cunningham is a Mechanical Engineering student at Boston University with a concentration in Energy Technologies and Sustainability. She has hands-on experience in renewable energy optimization, data analysis, and CAD-based design through academic projects and research. Charlotte has contributed to energy efficiency and decarbonization initiatives as an undergraduate research assistant, and has additional experience in utility systems, teaching support, and engineering design projects. She is proficient in MATLAB, Python, C++, and SolidWorks, and is passionate about sustainable engineering solutions.


In her free time, Charlotte enjoys spending time outdoors and with her friends. She especially likes activities such as running, hiking, and skiing, often going for runs along the Charles River or exploring the city of Boston. One of her favorite things about studying in Boston is that there is always something new to discover.



Olivia Kelley – Project Manager Co-Op at F&T

Olivia Kelley – Project Manager

Olivia Kelley is a Mechanical Engineering student at Worcester Polytechnic Institute with experience in technical design, data analysis, and user-centered engineering projects. She has worked on developing innovative solutions such as wearable physical therapy devices and assistive products, combining engineering skills with real-world applications. Olivia is also proficient in tools like MATLAB, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office, and brings strong communication and teamwork skills from her previous roles. She is excited to apply her knowledge and continue growing in a collaborative environment.


In her free time, Olivia enjoys reading and skateboarding.



Jaeden Georgeon – IT Co-Op at F&T

Jaeden Georgeon – IT

Jaeden Georgeon is a Cybersecurity student at Wentworth Institute of Technology with a strong interest in IT support, system administration, and network security. He has hands-on experience troubleshooting technical issues, managing systems, and working with networking tools through academic projects and coursework. Jaeden has also developed strong communication and problem-solving skills through his customer service experience, allowing him to effectively support users in fast-paced environments. He is eager to continue building his technical expertise and contribute to IT and cybersecurity initiatives.


In his free time, Jaeden enjoys working out, playing basketball, traveling, and spending time with his friends.


Zachary Wennerberg – Engineering Co-Op at F&T

Zachary Wennerberg – Engineering

Zachary Wennerberg is an Electromechanical Engineering student at Wentworth Institute of Technology with experience in mechanical design, engineering analysis, and hands-on project development. He has worked on projects such as designing a biodegradable water filtration system and creating 3D models using SolidWorks. Zachary brings strong technical skills in CAD, MATLAB, and CNC operation, along with a collaborative mindset developed through team-based projects and fieldwork experience. He is excited to continue building his engineering skills and contributing to impactful projects.


In his free time, Zachary enjoys staying active and working hands-on, whether through outdoor activities or personal projects.


Manreet Kaur – Commissioning Co-Op at F&T

Manreet Kaur – Commissioning

Manreet Kaur is coming back this summer after completing her Spring Co-Op with us! As a Computer Engineering graduate from Wentworth Institute of Technology she brings strong experience in hardware development, embedded systems, robotics, and engineering diagnostics. She has worked as a Hardware Development Engineer Co-op at Nokia, where she troubleshot routers, analyzed circuit-level issues, prepared technical reports, and supported global engineering teams. Her previous co-op experience includes building robotic systems using Arduino and Raspberry Pi, 3D modeling in SolidWorks, and prototyping sensor-based projects.


Manreet also brings experience as a Teaching Assistant in AP Computer Science and as a long-time operations manager at Joti Palace, strengthening her communication and leadership skills. Skilled in Python, C/C++, Verilog, MATLAB, and multiple engineering tools and test instruments, she is passionate about problem-solving and applying engineering concepts to real-world challenges. She is trilingual in Punjabi, Hindi, and English.


In her free time, Manreet enjoys baking and going out with friends. Please join us in giving them a warm welcome. We are excited for what's ahead!
