Delivering a Modern, Energy-Efficient Medical Office Building for Dartmouth Health

We’re excited to share the successful completion of Dartmouth Health’s Bedford Clinic renovation in Bedford, NH. As part of this comprehensive gut renovation at 25 South River Road, This project moved at exceptional pace – from initiating design to construction completion and welcoming the first patient in under a year. Fitzemeyer & Tocci provided full MEP/FP and HVAC engineering services to support a modernized, efficient, and code-compliant clinical environment. 

Our team designed new HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems tailored to the current needs of the facility while aligning with current energy code requirements and accommodating future clinical and operational demands. Early in the design process, we supported system selection through a structured systems decision-making approach during schematic design, helping the project team evaluate options and establish an efficient, constructible path forward. 

The result is a high-performing medical office building that supports patient care today while positioning the facility for long-term operational efficiency and adaptability.
