As part of the ongoing revitalization of the Downtown Riverfront, including Renaissance Park and Bicentennial Park, Fitzemeyer & Tocci completed electrical engineering services for a key phase of improvements along the Nasua River in Nashua, NH. This work represents one component of a larger, multi-phase effort to enhance connectivity, safety, and public use along the riverfront.
For this phase of the project, F&T focused on the design of electrical and lightning systems serving a downtown stretch of the riverfront. The scope supported new and improved public spaces by providing infrastructure for pathway illumination and site lightning, contributing to a safer, more accessible environment for the community while complementing the character of the surrounding urban landscape.
In addition to design services, F&T provided utility coordination support on behalf of the City of Nashua. This included working closely with electric utilities to facilitate service relocations, such as poles and transformers, required to advance construction and accommodate the planned improvements. Coordinating these efforts early and effectively helped minimize conflicts, streamline implementation, and maintain the project’s momentum.
This electrical and lightning https://lumen-studios.com/design phase builds upon F&T’s broader involvement in the Downtown Riverfront program, which includes MEP/FP engineering services across multiple areas and phases of the overall development.
