This award honors the memory of Thomas Tsaros, a valued colleague whose dedication and contributions left a lasting impact on both our firm and the communities we serve. Each quarter, the award celebrates team members who demonstrate outstanding achievements, excellence in engineering or project management, and a strong commitment to F&T’s values and community service.

Steve has been a part of F&T for 17 years, beginning his career as an engineer before transitioning into project management and ultimately becoming Associate Principal and joining our Construction Administration group. Today, he serves as both a CA Manager and Construction Manager.

Throughout his career, Steve has consistently embodied Tom Tsaros’s spirit of growth and dedication. He has built trusted relationships with clients, collaborated closely with our engineers, and delivered creative solutions to complex construction challenges. His leadership, adaptability, and integrity have strengthened our projects and enriched our culture.
