Project Progress: Hillsborough County Nursing Home

We’re making great strides at Hillsborough County Nursing Home as we hit the halfway mark on this critical infrastructure improvement project!
C-Wing renovations are nearly complete. All three resident bed units have been finished, and installation of the Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) and penthouse mechanical work is nearing completion.
In B-Wing, construction is halfway through, putting the entire project at the midpoint milestone.
Kitchen Make-Up Air Units are scheduled for replacement starting in late August and continuing through September.
The new generator installation is targeted for completion by the end of the year.
